Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or banking holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders can be tracked from dispatch to delivery. International orders may be passed on to local courier companies and can still be tracked.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees charged by your customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is most likely lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for NL orders and 30 working days for international orders. After this period of time, an Official Investigation will be started. The outcome of this investigation will determine if a parcel is truly lost and if the insurance will cover for it. This investigation can take up to 14 working days.
Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement or refund you until the investigation has finished. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
IF YOU’RE NOT HOME: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time. Or you can pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 14 days (depending on the country of destination) until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will contact you about your order and ask you to pay the extra delivery costs to re-deliver your order.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
