Dodecahedron Pendant Light

The Dodecahedron Pendant Light is our first lampshade design, empowered with unique Sacred Geometry which we have designed specifically for this pendant light.
As you might’ve guessed, the shape is based on a Dodecahedron, one of the Platonic Solids.

The Dodecahedron’s Spiritual Meaning

It’s of course interesting to know what the Dodecahedron Pendant Light can do for you and your home.

The Dodecahedron itself represents the element Prana or Ether. Prana is also known as the life force energy. It contains all possibilities, the known and the unknown. It helps connecting us to the divine and Gaia.
Besides Prana, it also resonates with the 5^th, 6^th and 7^th Chakra.

When you stack multiple Dodecahedrons and connect the corners with a line, a spiral appears with the exact structure as the one of DNA.

Shadow Effects

With the Dodecahedron Pendant Light you can create stunning shadows, but this depends on your choice of light bulb.
If you wish to have soft and blurry shadows, you can simply choose any LED filament lamp. If you wish to have sharp and crisp shadows, you’ll have to use a light bulb with a point light. Such as a halogen bulb.

We advise to use LED lights, since they do not produce much heat and they’re much more environmentally friendly.
If you do wish to use Halogen or an incandescent bulbs, we advise to use a different pendant which is more heat resistant.

How we make the Dodecahedron Pendant Light

We make the Dodecahedron Pendant Light of Laser Cut Polished Brass plates and 3D Printed Nylon connector pieces.
The lamp is shipped flat/plano and requires assembly before you can use it. But don’t worry, you can download a digital assembly instruction manual.
